About The Chamber
As a Team Lead with Beyond Payment Systems, I help businesses to better understand how to accept payments from their customers through credit cards in their location, through e-commerce solutions from a website or mobile portal. We also provide payroll services point-of-sale systems, business lending programs, and gift and reward programs with customer analytics.
I have been a member of the Waterford Chamber since 2016 and have lived in Waterford for the last 20 years. I really enjoy the networking events and meeting local businesses. One of the reasons I am an ambassador is to help connect businesses to each other.
My wife, Karen, and I have two children, JT and Ally, who both graduated from Waterford Kettering. Both of them play college sports, so most of our spring is spent traveling to as many of their games as possible, and in the summer we enjoy relaxing on Maceday Lake.
My 18+ years in the financial industry has allowed me to promote business development and work with youth and schools teaching financial literacy. I am available to do seminars at the schools and in the community along with being hands on at many featured events. Branch support and working with community resulting in positive members service is what I strive to achieve. I want your visit to be pleasant and memorable.
The Waterford Chamber offers an avenue to meet wonderful people, to grow your business and invest in your community. Marie and her team have welcomed BBCU December of 2011 and been instrumental in helping us become a recognized name in the community. In my free time, I enjoy boating, fishing, hockey, and traveling with my husband and 3 boys.
I am a Marketing Instigator for Connections Business Services. Connections Business Services helps small businesses and organizations create a marketing plan, prioritize projects, create social media strategy and either teach or create content and posts. We work with the businesses to create marketing that happen on a consistent basis.
What I enjoy most about the chamber is all of the connections and friends I have developed. My free time is spent with husband Mark and daughter Rachel, traveling, boating and enjoying the outdoors.
I love being a Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador for many reasons, but the most important is the mutual support that all the members and staff provide each other. It is a true pleasure to be able work with and help the businesses who provide great products and services to the community. Some of the most excitement comes when there is a ribbon cutting, it marks a new beginning for both the business and the community and is truly the lifeblood of our viability that strengthens us. We are a very active chamber and it is rewarding to network with and learn more about the many different businesses and more importantly, learning more about the owners and staff that also support the community in so many positive ways.
I am a graduate of Waterford Twp. High School and have always been encouraged by the entrepreneurial spirit in this community. I look forward to what the future brings and welcome it with open arms.
As a sales representative with Liberty Mutual Insurance, I love the opportunity to save people money, but it means even more to me to make sure that people are properly protected. So many people don’t realize how under-insured they are.
I have been a member of the Chamber since 2010, and thoroughly enjoy attending as many events as possible. It was an honor to become an ambassador and help represent the Chamber with its members.
I have lived in Waterford since I was five years old, and created the Facebook group, Waterford: Then and Now, which is a before and after pictorial history of the township. I have two daughter, Rachel and Lydia, who are very involved in athletics, and I enjoy coaching my youngest daughter’s fast-pitch softball team.
As a realtor with RE/MAX Eclipse, the only nationally recognized real estate branch in Waterford, I get to follow my passion for helping people chase their dreams of home ownership which is evident in my involvement in the community, continuing education, and dedication to giving back. I pride myself on being communicative and available to make the process of buying or selling a home easy and fun.
In addition to serving as an ambassador for the Chamber, I am a RE/MAX ambassador for the Children’s Miracle Network. I donate on behalf of my clients with each closing, and it is great knowing the donations stay in the community.
I grew up in Redford Township and moved to Waterford in 1979 where I raised my two daughters, Kari and Amy, who both graduated from Waterford Mott. My husband and I currently reside in White Lake and enjoy traveling, entertaining, hanging out in their Ft. Lauderdale condo, and spending time with their five grandchildren.
