Current Board Of Directors
Deborah Falzon is no stranger to business! Deborah co-managed their forty employee plumbing business with her husband for several years. She was a problem solver - she developed systems and procedures, handled customer
service and addressed concerns before they became big problems. Deborah took her skill set into becoming a full-time realtor — a definite passion — and never looked back. As
a realtor, she has continued her systems and procedures to stay organized and keep everything in sync when selling a home.
We are very fortunate to bring Deborah on board as a WACC Director. As a business organization serving hundreds of businesses, we are dictated with very specific guidelines, systems and procedures. Deborah’s experience and knowledge will be a great resource for the Chamber overall, as well as her ability to problem solve.
When Deborah sells a home, she listens to her clients’ hopes and desires. It is important to service the needs of clients and this is important in Chamber protocol. Serving the needs of members and community is top priority. In her spare time, Deborah enjoys yoga, gourmet cooking and spending time with friends and family. She is married to her husband, Ron, and has three daughters, Kristina, Brie-Anna and Brittany.
I am a Teaching Golf Professional and Owner of RC Golf Lessons. After leaving corporate America in 2001 I decided that I wanted to turn my passion for golf into a career I started working on a driving range, and from there I enrolled in a number of schools to improve my game, learn how to teach the golf swing and measure and repair clubs. I have worked with numerous golf professionals through the years to learn more about the golf swing and hone my craft. Every year I go to teaching seminars to improve my skills. I have dedicated myself to continuously improving as an instructor so that I can help you to become the best golfer you can be. My students call me the People's Pro because I get it when your swing goes south and you don't know why. I will help you get it back together on the course. You will leave my lessons armed with the skills you'll need to step up to that first tee with total confidence.
I enjoy the friendships I have made from the Waterford Chamber of Commerce as well as doing business with local companies. In my free time I also coach the Oakland Community College Golf team and love to hang out with my 4 grandchildren, and go kayaking.
