Current Executive Board Members
Â I am the Vice President - Financial Operations of Coffee Break Service, Inc. as well as the founder of Miriamâs Watch Adoption Services. Coffee Break provides Michigan roasted coffees and free commercial brewers to businesses of all sizes in Southeastern Michigan. We also have a retail store offering whole bean or ground, fresh roasted, gourmet coffees. As for Miriamâs Watch, itÂ is an organization that helps fund open adoptions. Â Our primary purpose is to help make adoption more affordable. Â We feel that money should not be a factor in changing a childs life. Â Through grant funding we help couples who otherwise may not be able to complete this process.
My favorite part of being involved in the Waterford Chamber is networking and building new relationships. Outside of the chamber, I love to golf. But now have 2 young children, this means I love monster trucks, and watching cartoons.
I am a financial advisor with Edward Jones, a financial services firm dedicated to serving the investment needs of individuals and business owners. I believe the only way to do business is on a one-on-one basis. I do that by getting to know you, understanding your goals, and developing individualized strategies to help you reach them.
I have been a member of the Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce for eight years and proudly volunteer to fill two roles. As vice president on the board of directors, as well as an ambassador, I have the pleasure of working with other business owners to strengthen the business community in the Waterford area. I am grateful to take part in the Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce, it has a welcoming sense of community, where I have developed great relationships both personally and professionally. My husband, Jeff, and I have been married for nine years; we live in White Lake and enjoy traveling together. I enjoy being active by playing soccer in three different leagues and attending boot camp workouts regularly at a local gym.
I am a Marketing Development Specialist at McLaren Oakland. McLaren Oakland is a 328-bed medical center that provides primary and specialty healthcare services to the greater Pontiac and Oakland County community. Founded in 1953, McLaren Oakland has grown to a comprehensive medical community that includes outpatient facilities in Clarkston and Oxford, as well as an inpatient hospital providing a range of clinical services including emergency and trauma care, cardiology, cancer services, minimally invasive robotic surgery and orthopedic services. With a network of more than 300 physicians, McLaren Oakland owns a network of employed physician offices throughout Oakland County and a nursing home in Lake Orion. McLaren Oakland is a verified trauma center and an accredited stroke center.
As a part of the Chamber, I really enjoy making connections and forming partnerships that provide mutual benefits. It's amazing what you can do when you team up with each other. I also have made some of the best friendships that will last a lifetime. In my free time, I love spending time with my hubby and three boys! In addition, spending time with friends is very important to me and I try to do it as often as possible. My passions include CrossFit, reading, watching sports (usually played by my boys), and I am an avid football and baseball fan.
Le'Flair Decorating & Staging
I am the owner of LeâFlair Decorating & Staging. I offer affordable decorating & staging in your home or office.Â No project is too large or too small.Â I can assist with everything from selecting paint colors, furniture, accessories to flooring, cabinets, countertops, light fixtures, etc. The most valuable service I provide my clients is to put together a detailed plan for their project and then follow through by working the plan.Â This helps avoid costly mistakes that can be made by, for instance, not taking measurements or knowing costs of items before the project is started.
I enjoy all the great members of the Chamber. Being a member makes me feel connected to our awesome Waterford Community. In my free time, I love to spend time with friends and family at my lakefront home in the summer along with golfing as often as possible.Â In the winter, I enjoy ballroom dance lessons, the theatre and movies.

I am the owner of ATD Solutions, LLC. We provide detail oriented bookkeeping and QuickBooks consulting services.Â We also provide training classes to anyone wanting to learn QuickBooks, Accounting Procedures, Word, Excel, etc.
The thing I enjoy most about the Waterford Chamber is the ability to meet business owners and share best practices. In my free time, I like to spend time with family at the pool or beach!
I am the Marketing Director at Hallmann Advisors, CPAâs, P.C. My husband Bill and IÂ own Hallmann Advisors, CPA 's & Financial Services which has been in business for 25 yrs. We do Accounting/Book keeping, Business/Corporate/Personal Tax Returns, Financial Planning, Tax Resolution & much more. Integrity, Dedication & Trust are so important on a personal and business level to me.
Being a Board Member and Ambassador, I love the camaraderie between the Chamber & its members as well as the great friendships and memories I have made with fellow members.In our free time, we are on the water a great deal; boating, paddle boarding, kayaks, fishing, wake boarding with friends and family. We love to entertain for our family and friends. In addition we are avid travel lovers.

The thing I like most about the Waterford Chamber is the opportunities to network with the best businesses in Waterford. In my free time, I love spending time with my beautiful wife Amanda on the lake pontoon boating, golfing, movies, concerts and walking my dog Louie.
I am a Teaching Golf Professional and Owner of RC Golf Lessons. After leaving corporate America in 2001 I decided that I wanted to turn my passion for golf into a career.Â I started working on a driving range, and from there I enrolled in a number of schools to improve my game, learn how to teach the golf swing and measure and repair clubs. I have worked with numerous golf professionals through the years to learn more about the golf swing and hone my craft.Â Every year I go to teaching seminars to improve my skills.Â I have dedicated myself to continuously improving as an instructor so that I can help you to become the best golfer you can be. My students call me the âPeopleâs Proâ because IÂ get itÂ when your swing goes south and you donât know why.Â I will help you get it back together on the course. Â You will leave my lessons armed with the skills you'll need to step up to that first tee with total confidence.
I enjoy the frendships I have made from the Waterford Chamber of Comerce as well as doing business with local companies. In my free time I also coach the Oakland Community College Golf team and love to hang out with my 4 grandchildren, and go kayaking. A phrase I live by is âDreams are great but doing it is way betterâ¦.â.
I am a Partner at Secrest Wardle law firm located in Troy, Michigan. I have extensive experience in Municipal law, Real Estate law and Commercial litigation. Throughout my career, I have sat as a Case Evaluator in District Court and currently sit as an Evaluator in Oakland County Circuit Court.
I am a past-President and past-Vice President of the Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce. I enjoy being a part of the Chamber and am grateful to have the opportunity to participate in the community where I grew up. The energy the Board has to keep Waterford residents and businesses moving forward is contagious.
I am the proud mother of my ten year old daughter, Mattisyn. When weâre not at soccer or doing homework, weâre staying active. We love water sports â water skiing, kayaking and paddle boarding. On land, I enjoy roller blading, snow skiing, traveling and cooking.
I have two businesses in the Waterford Chamber Commerce. I am the Owner and an Agent of Dave Smith State Farm Insurance as well as the President of PlayAllSports.Net and PlayAllMedia.Net. As the Agent/Owner of Dave Smith State Farm since 1997, I provide insurance and financial services to local customers as well as clients in throughout Michigan, Indiana and Illinois.Â I am President of PlayAllSports.Net and PlayAllMedia.Net.Â Both companies provide sports management and promotional marketing for business owners, athletic teams, schools, churches and non-profit organizations. As a chamber member for almost 20 years, I continue to enjoy the exchange of best practices and referrals with local business owners.Â I enjoy learning new ways to serve my clients, grow my business and support the community.
Outside of work, I have been an NCAA certified event coach and AAU Basketball Director for over 10 years.Â My sports experience includes playing Division I Football at Illinois State University; Assistant Womanâs Varsity Basketball Coach at Rochester College; Womenâs Varsity Head Coach at Walled Lake Western High School and Boys Varsity Head Coach at Frankel Jewish Academy.Â I served for six years as a Waterford Board of Education Trustee and Waterford Foundation for Public Education Director. Â DeAndra Smith, my wife, is a third-grade teacher for Clarkston Schools.Â Our two oldest children, Kendall and Rachel graduated from Waterford Kettering.Â Our youngest child, Denton, attends Clarkston High School. We worship at The River Church in Waterford.
I am the Director of the Waterford School District. The Waterford School District is a public school district servicing students preK-12 in Waterford, West Bloomfield, White Lake, Independence, and Lake Angelus. The education of our students is our primary focus. Our students are successful because parents, staff, and the community share high expectations for quality instruction and successful student learning. We stress quality. Our students and staff are challenged to excel. Ninety-two percent of our students pursue post-secondary education. Waterford students annually represent high achievement in academics, athletics, robotics, Destination ImagiNation, career and technical education and performing arts.
My favorite part about the chamber is connecting with the business community through partnerships and shared interests. In my free time I love to travel, golf, and spending time with family and friends. I am married and have two grown sons and one grandson.
Â I am the Waterford Township Treasurer. I am in charge of Collection of Taxes, Payroll Department, Administrator of both pension systems, dog licenses, and lake improvement boards for Waterford Township.
I enjoy the camaraderie of the Waterford Chamber the most. It is so important to be part of the Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce as they are our sounding board for the businesses of Waterford. Outside of the work, I waterski competitively on a state, regional, and national level.Â I also enjoy taking dance lessons and doing our own "show cases" twice a year.
