Newsletter Advertising

This advertising program is for chamber members to promote their products and services to over 650 fellow chamber members and prospective members.

Ads and inserts are due by the 15th of each month or the following business day. Take advantage of this economical and effective marketing opportunity!

We will insert your promotional piece in the chamber newsletter. Simply deliver 650 flyers to the chamber office. Price based on one piece no staples (additional cost for multiple pages and staples). We do the rest!

Insert Requirements

• All inserts must be flat and no larger than 8.5" x 11" size.
• Size can range from 8.5" x 5.5" up to 8.5" x 11", one piece brochures/trifolds also accepted.
• 650 Inserts to be delivered to chamber office.

Insert Cost: $50 one time / $550 full year

Ad Rates

• Half Page (8.5" x 5.5"): $100 one time / $1100 full year
• Quarter Page (4.25" x 5.5" ): $80 one time / $880 full year
• Business Card (2" x3.5"): $40 one time / $440 full year

Please submit all ads and inserts no later than the 15th of the month prior to the month of distribution. All ads should be submitted electronically in jpg, tif or pdf format to nikkit@waterfordchamber.org

Press Releases

Have a special event, announcement, new product, service or great news about your company you want to announce! Chamber members can take advantage of our special section "Members in the News". At no cost simply email your Press Release to nikkit@waterfordchamber.org in word format. Your announcement will appear in our next issue of the WACC Newsletter (subject upon first-come first-serve availability). All press releases must be submitted by the 10th of the month prior to the month of distribution.
