I work in Business Development for ATD Solutions, LLC. We take pride in what we do here at ATD Solutions and will not give up until a clients needs are fully met. We take the stress out of accounting so clients can enjoy being business owners and fulfilling their life passions.
What I love most about the Chamber and YPN is the opportunities they provide for us to grow as individuals and as professionals as well as the opportunities to give back to the community. In my free time, I love spending time outdoors with our dog Bella who we rescued. If we aren't on the boat sunbathing, we are running 5K's together. I have a younger sister who also rescued 2 dogs. I love to give back to the community and would rescue every dog I see if I could get them all off the streets.
I am an Independent Agent and Special Projects Coordinator at Aflac. Aflac is the leading provider in Voluntary Benefits, offering affordable solutions to businesses to help protect employee's family and lifestyle.
What I enjoy the most about the Waterford Chamber is the people. I have built many relationships both professionally and personally. Involvement in the chamber also means involvement in the community.
I am originally from California but have lived here for over 25 years and consider myself a Michigander. I am married to my husband Greg. We have two boys both who graduated from Waterford Mott, one is a graduate of EMU and the other is a graduate of U of M. In my free time I like working out and walking in my neighborhood. I enjoy going to concerts, especially in the summer.
I work in Business Development for Birmingham Bloomfield Credit Union. Our mission is “We strive to improve the financial lives of our members through education, trust, and innovative products and services.” We have 2 locations to serve you, one is here in Waterford and one in Birmingham. I love being able to connect with the families and local businesses in Waterford. I am always looking to help with community projects and to be able to help in all areas of need. We currently are a Blessing in a Backpack donation station, Bottomless Toy Chest drop off before Christmas, and new in our Waterford office we are helping D.R.A.W. collect items for disaster relief.
Working with the Chamber has given me both personal and professional opportunities for growth. When you are involved in the chamber you have the chance to learn so much about the local businesses and how they can help you or you help them. Often this becomes the building of new friendships as well.
When I’m not working, I enjoying spending time with my husband Mike of 36 years, my 3 boys, Sean, Ryan, Austin and our dog Marley. I love fishing, boating, and reading which I can do all three at one time and that’s a bonus!

I truly have a passion for working with the seniors in the community and ensuring that they get the care and support they need.
I have been a part of the Waterford Chamber for a year now, and have really enjoyed coming to the YPN meetings. I am new to business development and networking so being part of YPN has helped me grow and develop my networking skills. Overall, YPN has helped me develop in my career but has also introduced me to so many wonderful people! I am excited to continue to be part of such a great organization!

I live and work in Northern Oakland County so my service is always personal and always local. LOCAL being the key word! I enjoy getting to know other people in the community that want to see other local businesses in the areas succeed. I feel like the Waterford Chamber is like a family that supports one another! I have met some amazing business partners through the chamber that have become great friends.
My husband and I are in businesses together so you could say we like to spend time together! When we are not meeting with clients or in the office we have two little girls Emma and Hannah who keep us pretty busy. So you may see us around town on the weekends chasing after them.
I am the HR & assistant sales and marketing manager at Fort Clarkston. Fort Clarkston is Where Families Hang Out! With ten years of experience in early childhood development and 3 kiddos of my own, I know how hectic life can be with kids. That is why I love Fort Clarkston! We wanted a place that meets the needs of today's busy families who are looking for a relaxing adult environment and provides a variety of fun activities for their children. Our concepts and core focus are unique, yet simple; we understand families, we play with your kiddos, we offer daily adventures, and we guarantee a fun experience in a clean environment. At Fort Clarkston we are adventurous, accountable, spirited, enthusiastic, respectful and always strive to provide exceptional experiences.
Being a part of the Waterford Chamber and the Waterford Young Professionals Network is a great experience. The Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce has great values that help the community grow and even works within other communities around the area to gain partnerships that assist in business success and development. The Young professionals network has similar values to how Fort Clarkston has with their young staff. Waterford YPN meetings are always ROCKING and full of great information for today's young professionals. My favorite thing about the YPN is that there is really no age limit. This is great for today’s young professionals as well as the many generations before us. I love having the opportunity to listen to the wisdom of those whom have been in business much longer than I have.
I am the Marketing Coordinator for Joe Fagan State Farm. I handle various forms of marketing, including event planning and implementing campaigns to promote and educate the community on services we have to offer! We are always looking for new ways to participate and contribute to the community. I am also licensed in Property and Casualty and able to provide quotes!
Joe Fagan State Farm is a family owned and operated Agency, with Joe being my husband! We can help mitigate the risk of everyday life with insurance covering your auto, home, business, workers compensation, life and disability. We also offer bank products including vehicle loans, credit cards and checking/savings accounts. We always assist our customers on an individual needs basis and you won’t have to wonder if you have the proper protection in place.
I love being a part of the Waterford Chamber and a sponsor of YPN. It was an honor to become a part of the YPN committee this year! I am looking forward to creating more relationships and working alongside other businesses in our area!
In the time we are not in the office, we love spending quality family time with our Daughter, Cassidy, and our Son, Colton. We are expanding our family by two feet this year, with our third child due in May!
Waterford is home. Waterford is home for business, life, and leisure. Being a 5th generation Waterford resident, the lakes, the local businesses, and the personalities that our community generate make the township what it is. Our family has been associated with Lotus and Maceday Lake since the turn of the 20th century. It is only appropriate that my grandfather John “Jack” Taylor helped build my grandmother Bernadine her dream home on Lotus Lake. Together they merged a family, and built a business in Safety Technology International (STI). A former high school teacher, I found a place in the family company as a financial analyst while still investing time in the improvement of the Waterford community. Being on the board of the Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Network provides direct access towards helping nurture the passions of others to grow the business portfolio of the Oakland County corridor in Waterford Township, Michigan.
As the Communication Center Manager at Star EMS, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our emergency medical dispatch personnel. This includes monitoring the delivery of 911 emergency medical pre-arrival instructions to callers experiencing medical emergencies; from delivering babies, instruction on seizure precautions, CPR instructions, to providing emotional comfort for all callers, while ensuring ambulances promptly get to where they are needed.
Additionally, I have developed a program, in cooperation with local high schools, to lead and coach students who will be our future emergency medical dispatchers. These students get real life experience by job shadowing in our busy communication center while earning high school credit. This program is to help prepare the soon to be graduates as they explore a career path.
The Waterford Chamber and the YPN have made a strong impact in our community, to which I am proud to be a member. Through networking, team building and supporting each other, these are the contributing factors which have helped me to grow professionally and personally.
I have learned that working hard allows you to play hard, too! I am a mother of two smart, funny, charismatic and very active boys. In my free time, I love volunteering for my son’s football and travel baseball teams. #Motorcityshamrocks #Brandonjrblackhawks. Naturally, juggling work life, family life, and extracurricular activities would be much more of a challenge if not for the support and encouragement of my incredible spouse, to whom I am one amazing wife!
I am the Youth Assistance Caseworker at Waterford Youth Assistance. Waterford Youth Assistance is a non-profit 501(c)3 and is sponsored by the Oakland County Family Division, Waterford Township, and the Waterford School District. Waterford Youth Assistance is made up of a Board of Directors of volunteers who live or work in the Waterford Community. Our mission is to help strengthen youth and families and to prevent and reduce juvenile delinquency, child neglect and child abuse by providing positive alternatives, through short term counseling and volunteer involvement.
What I found to be the best part of being involved in the Chamber is the passion other members have for the Waterford Community and how involved and supportive they are for the local non-profit organizations. In my free time, I enjoy doing yoga, hiking, and camping with my two year old son, husband, and dog, Arlo.
